Who We Are
In 1977, Pennine Fire Extinguisher Services was established through the partnership of John and Joan Jackson. However, in order to better reflect the range of products and services we offer, the name was changed to Pennine Fire & Safety Limited in October 2006.
We class ourselves as being the complete specialist in fire safety and one of the largest independent fire safety companies in Lancashire.

In February 1992, we gained accreditation to BS EN ISO 9002:1994 and in February 2003, we were one of the first fire safety companies in the country to achieve BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 accreditation (certificate number FS20105) for our Quality Management System for the contract maintenance of portable fire extinguishers.

We are also a member of B.A.F.E. (British Approvals for Fire Equipment) and hold certification for:

SP101 Quality Specification to ISO 9001:2000 relating to Contract Maintenance of Portable Fire Extinguishers
